- France FRANCE TÉLÉVISIONS – Caroline Behar, Head of International Coproductions and Acquisitions
Caroline Behar is Head of International Coproductions and Acquisitions. She works for the different channels of the group, either for prime time or more author-driven slots. Her unit covers a range of themes: Natural History, Science, History, Geopolitics, International society. With the creation of Global Doc, a network of international broadcasters which aims to unite creative and financial forces, she is now developing ambitious editorial collaborations with all countries.
- Italy HEARST – Andrea Marinari, Dubbing and Traffic Manager
Andrea Marinari currently holds the position of Dubbing and Traffic Manager at Hearst Italy, where he manages distribution logistics and audio localization workflows for History Channel Italy and Sky Crime. He graduated in Humanities, a background that fuels his analytical approach and profound passion for cinema and the audiovisual arts. By merging cultural insights with operational expertise, he ensures the editorial standards in media traffic and content adaptation.
- Japan NHK – Misaizu Yukari, Senior Producer
Misaizu Yukari graduated from the University of Tokyo and started her career as an assistant director at a production company, before spending over 20 years in documentary production at NHK. She is currently a Senior Producer overseeing feature documentaries, specializing in factual, current affairs, and investigative programming. "Digital Eye" (2022-2025) has over 6 million YouTube views, winning Best Documentary Series at the Asian Television Awards, a Silver Award at the World Media Festival, and selection to the second round at the Rose d'Or Award.
- North Macedonia MRT – Gena Teodosievska, Head of International Relations and Co-Productions Dept.
Gena Teodosievska is a journalist, film critic, and Editor-in-Chief of the Art and Culture Department at Macedonian Television, as well as a festival selector, festival artistic director, festival director, script tutor and producer. Since 1991, she has been employed with the PSB Macedonian Radio and Television, reporting from numerous international cultural and art events. She represents MRT at high-level media meetings, and has coordinated several successful international TV co-productions. She holds a Master's degree in Cultural Studies and emphasizes the necessity of critical observation in film, TV and radio media projects, lecturing young students as well as in script development for short feature and documentary films.
- Poland TVP – Karolina Socha Kalinowska, International Relations
Karolina Socha Kalinowska has 18+ years of experience in public media service. As Head of the Heart of Europe TV Festival at TVP, a flagship event promoting CEE creativity and diversity, she fosters regional co-productions and collaboration.
- Romania SRR – Alina Amza, Director, Producer
Alina Amza is a documentary filmmaker with extensive experience as a member of national and international documentary juries. Her work has received important recognition in Romania and abroad. In addition to her documentary work, she has coordinated large-scale production teams and has served as director and scriptwriter for numerous social campaigns. She was also the director and general producer of complex, large-scale projects, overseeing both their creative direction and overall production.
- South Africa SABC – Jacqueline Hlongwane, Genre Manager: SABC Education and Children
Jacqueline Hlongwane is a South African media executive and educator, currently Genre Manager for Education and Children at the SABC. With over 30 years' experience, she has shaped impactful programmes like Takalani Sesame and Skeem Saam. A global mentor and award juror, she leads URTI's TV Commission. Recognised with major industry awards and an MBA (cum laude), she champions media as a tool for education, inclusion, and youth empowerment.
- Thailand Thai PBS – Paphaphorn Chalermwanich, Director of Corporate Communication and Marketing for Public Service Centre
Paphaphorn Chalermwanich is a communication strategist and media professional with over 20 years of experience in entertainment and public media. Her background spans music videos, artist promotion, film, television, and corporate communications. She has worked with leading organizations including RS Promotion, GMM Grammy, True Fantasia, M39, and Thai PBS, where she currently serves as Director of Corporate Communication and Marketing.
- Türkiye TRT – Hikmet Şebnem Tezel Albayrak, Director of Internal Productions Department
Hikmet Şebnem Tezel Albayrak started out at TRT in 2002. She has produced and directed many programs, especially documentaries, and has participated as a lecturer at universities and as an organizer on some occasions, mostly at film festivals. She is currently also Festival Director at the TRT International Documentary Awards.
