- Czech Republic ČT – Adam Balažovič, Game Designer
Adam Balažovic is a Czech Television game designer focused on digital games for children at CT Décko. His work spans educational, narrative and puzzle-based interactive projects, combining public-service media values with play, storytelling and accessible design. He is also a screenwriter and performer, bringing a strong sense of audience, humour and cultural context to all his works. The games of his teams were several times chosen for Heart of Europe digital category award.
- France FRANCE TÉLÉVISIONS – Sophie Petit, Deputy Director for Education
Sophie Petit is Deputy Director for Education at France Télévisions. After starting her career at the French Government Information Service, she worked for several media groups before joining France Télévisions as Head of Digital Analytics. She now contributes to the development of Lumni, the public service broadcaster's digital educational platform. She leads projects focused on innovative content for young audiences, combining audiovisual creation, interactive experiences, and gamification.
- Germany ZDF – Philipp Müller, Commissioning Editor
Philipp Müller is a journalist and editor at ZDF, working within the department Information, Society and Life / Editorial Office for Contemporary Affairs in Mainz. He specializes in the development, evaluation, and production of documentary and journalistic content, with a strong focus on social, political, and consumer-related topics. In his role, he contributes to cross-platform storytelling formats and collaborates with internal and external partners.
- Italy RAI – Davide Di Stadio, Creative and Content Production Manager, RAI Digital
Davide Di Stadio is currently Creative and Content Production Manager for the RAI Digital Content and Transmedia division. With decades of experience in TV production at RAI, Italy's public service media, he has held various roles throughout his career, including filmmaker, writer, director, art director, and acquisitions manager. He has worked on cross-media programmes covering current affairs, history, crime, science, and digital literacy. He served as Art Director for Rai Expo during the 2015 Universal Exposition in Milan, leading creative efforts on one of the country's most high-profile international projects. Since 2022, he has been responsible for several "digital-first" projects aimed at an under-30 audience, with a particular focus on innovation, young digital entrepreneurship, digital skills for the jobs of the future, misinformation and media literacy. Throughout this time, he has also experimented with new formats and languages, alongside the use of new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
- South Africa SABC – Tshilidzi Davhana, Genre Manager, Factual Content
Tshilidzi Davhana is a media practitioner with over 26 years in broadcasting, with experience in News and Educational Content, and currently occupying the role of Genre Manager, Factual Content, while also acting as Head of SABC Content. She has worked on multiple productions, partnering with international broadcasters on projects such as Discover Science and Faces, spearheaded by NHK. She has served in several international competitions as a juror and speaker.
- Switzerland SRG SSR – Gregory Catella, Coproduction Manager
Gregory Catella gained a humanities degree from Bologna University. During his student years he began a career in film criticism and journalism, as well as in film club organization and the teaching of film subjects. Since 2012, he has been Senior Coproduction Manager for Film and Series at SRG SSR, Bern; since 2019, he has also been Senior Content and Acquisitions Manager of Play Suisse, the streaming platform of the SRG SSR, Bern.
