- The company declares that it is aware that (*):
 (a) the project will be evaluated by Rai with the broadest autonomy and discretion;
 (b) the submission of the project and any possible positive response from Rai shall not establish any legal relationship with Rai, nor create any expectation or commitment by both parties, whether direct or indirect, as they exclusively constitute the opening of discussions between Rai and the company in order to better evaluate the project;
 (c) Rai shall not establish rankings and/or other classifications, nor assign any scores or ratings;
 (d) any expression of interest by Rai is not binding, as it is solely intended to open discussions with the company in order to assess the existence, or lack thereof, of conditions for the development and/or production of the project;
 (e) Rai assumes no obligation whatsoever regarding the development and/or production of the submitted project;
 (f) no liability of any kind, including pre-contractual and/or extra-contractual liability, may be attributed to Rai in relation to the above.

Rai will review the project with appropriate professional confidentiality and will ensure that it is examined only by its employees or collaborators bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

All information submitted through this form will be processed in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
By completing and submitting this form, the company consents to the processing of all data contained in the form and/or in the related attachments, in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations, which the company declares to be fully aware of.

Rai will review the proposal and provide a response according to the following procedure:

- Upon submission of this duly completed form, an automatic acknowledgment of receipt containing a reference number will be sent.

- Rai will send a response indicating:
  a) interest in further discussing the project;
  b) lack of interest in the project.

- The company acknowledges that the absence of a response from Rai shall be considered equivalent to a lack of interest in the project.

- In the case referred to under point (a), the response will include the contact details of the relevant department with which the proposer will be invited to get in touch.

Considering the wide variety of techniques, genres, and formats within children's audiovisual programming, the proposal documentation is not required to follow a rigid structure, but we suggest including the following elements:

- Clear definition of Target, Format, Technique, and Genre of the Project.
- Names of Authors and/or Screenwriters.
- Logline (please describe the project in one sentence).
- Concept and storytelling structure (with particular attention to the originality of the plot, the narrative arc, the dynamics between the characters and their environment, and the educational value for children and young audiences).
- A graphic bible (if available) or moodboard with creative references.
- Multiplatform or transmedia potential.
- Commercial Potential (Distribution, Publishing, L&M).
- Serialization potential.
